➦We people talk about equality at workplace it means equality of all working conditions for both men as well as women.Menstruation is not a choice that woman makes every month , so if she finds difficult to be at work in this condition then they should simply be allowed to take leave.this is the thing which really needs to be changed.Women should not be punished for there biological complexities.
➦They think that such a law would further lead to partiality and unfairness against them at workplace and they would need to tackle with biased treatments in the form of lesser pays, lesser involvement in meetings and slower promotions then so far.
